Quick Start
This guide walks through the essential steps to go from a fresh workspace to your first piece of brand-aligned, AI-generated content. It assumes you already have access to a CXOps Cloud deployment.
Step 1: Set Up Brand DNA Vault
Section titled “Step 1: Set Up Brand DNA Vault”Your brand identity is the foundation everything else builds on. You have two options:
Option A: Upload existing brand guidelines
- Navigate to Identity from the sidebar.
- Click Upload and select your brand guidelines document (PDF, DOCX, or TXT).
- CXOps will extract your voice, tone, language preferences, and terminology automatically using AI.
- Review the extracted results and make any adjustments.
Option B: Fill in manually
- Navigate to Identity from the sidebar.
- Work through the tabs: Voice, Language, Terms, Legal, Presence, Personas.
- Define your brand’s personality, formality level, approved/prohibited terms, and target audience personas.
Look for the AI Readiness badge — once it shows as ready, your brand identity has been indexed and is available for content generation.
Step 2: Create Your First Cortex Project
Section titled “Step 2: Create Your First Cortex Project”- Navigate to Cortex from the sidebar.
- Click New Project.
- Enter a project name and optionally provide a source URL (an existing page you want to optimize).
- A draft is automatically generated — CXOps scrapes the source content, analyzes it, and generates optimized content sections informed by your brand identity.
- Wait for the processing status to reach Ready.
Step 3: Review and Edit Your Draft
Section titled “Step 3: Review and Edit Your Draft”- Open the draft in the editor.
- Review each content section — hero, body, features, CTA, meta.
- Check the SEO panel for keyword analysis and optimization suggestions.
- Check the GEO panel for E-E-A-T evaluation and AI visibility recommendations.
- Make edits directly in the editor using the formatting toolbar.
- When satisfied, click Approve.
Step 4: Adapt for Channels (Optional)
Section titled “Step 4: Adapt for Channels (Optional)”- Navigate to Adapt from the sidebar.
- Select your approved draft.
- Choose channels — social, email, ads, blog, or press release.
- CXOps generates channel-specific versions respecting each platform’s constraints (character limits, required elements, tone adjustments).
- Review and approve each adaptation.
Step 5: Publish (Optional)
Section titled “Step 5: Publish (Optional)”If you’ve connected a WordPress site:
- In Cortex, open your approved draft.
- Click Publish and select your WordPress connector.
- Choose to create a new post or update an existing one.
- Select a category and publish status (publish, draft, or pending review).
