Platform Overview

CXOps Cloud is built around seven core modules that cover the full content operations lifecycle. Each module handles a specific function, and they all share a common foundation: your brand identity.

Identity (Brand DNA Vault)
↓ feeds into
Signals → Cortex → Govern → Adapt
Pulse
Control (monitors all)

Identity is the foundation layer. Your brand voice, tone, personas, and terminology are stored here and automatically referenced by every other module during content generation, compliance checking, and channel adaptation.

Signals is the intelligence layer. It monitors your competitive landscape, trending topics, and keyword opportunities, feeding actionable insights into Cortex for content creation.

Cortex is the production layer. It generates, optimizes, and manages content using AI — always informed by your brand identity and enriched with SEO and GEO analysis.

Govern is the quality layer. It enforces brand consistency, legal compliance, and terminology rules through automated checks before content ships.

Adapt is the distribution layer. It reformats approved content for every channel — social, email, ads, blog, and press — respecting each platform’s constraints.

Pulse is the measurement layer. It connects your analytics data (Google Analytics 4, manual entry, CSV) to your content operations so you can close the feedback loop.

Control is the operations layer. It provides real-time visibility into all background AI jobs across every module, with tools to retry, purge, and monitor system health.

CXOps Cloud supports multiple brand workspaces within a single account. This is particularly useful for agencies managing multiple clients — each workspace has its own brand identity, signals configuration, content projects, and compliance rules.

Data is fully isolated between workspaces, and all operations are scoped to the active workspace.

Content generation, brand guideline extraction, compliance checks, and channel adaptation all run as background jobs powered by AI. You can monitor the status of all jobs in the Control module:

  • Active — currently processing
  • Waiting — queued for processing
  • Completed — finished successfully
  • Failed — encountered an error (retryable from Control)
  • Delayed — scheduled for future processing

CXOps Cloud supports four user roles:
