Workspace Setup

CXOps Cloud is a personal exploration project. There is no public signup, no commercial tiers, and no account purchase flow — the documentation below describes how the platform’s workspace is structured for the operator running a deployment.

On entering the workspace, the dashboard surfaces all seven product modules with quick-access cards:

  • Brand DNA Vault — Define and enforce your brand identity
  • Content Generation — Generate and optimize content with AI
  • Signal Intelligence — Monitor market signals and surface insights
  • Content Performance — Track content results
  • Governance Engine — Compliance and approval workflows
  • Channel Adaptation — Adapt content for every distribution channel
  • Agent Console — Monitor AI operations

If Brand DNA Vault hasn’t been configured yet, you’ll see a setup prompt encouraging you to define your brand identity first. This is the recommended starting point since all other modules reference your brand settings.

The Settings panel exposes:

  • Organization Name — Editable at any time
  • Usage metrics — drafts generated, emails created, signal volume, and similar counters

The workspace supports multiple users with role-based access:

  1. Go to Settings > Users & Permissions.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter their email and assign a role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer.
  4. They’ll receive an email invitation to join your workspace.

Seat counts are configurable per deployment.

The platform supports multiple brand workspaces for managing different brands or clients in parallel. Each workspace has its own:

  • Brand identity (voice, tone, personas)
  • Signal configuration
  • Content projects
  • Compliance rules
  • Channel configurations

Switch between workspaces using the workspace selector in the sidebar. The number of available workspaces is configurable per deployment.
