Adapt Overview
Adapt is CXOps Cloud’s channel adaptation layer. It takes approved Cortex content and automatically reformats it for different distribution channels — ensuring each version is optimized for its target platform while maintaining brand consistency.

How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Approve content in Cortex — only approved drafts can be adapted
- Select channels — choose which channels to generate adaptations for
- AI generates — CXOps creates channel-specific versions respecting each channel’s constraints
- Preview — review each adaptation before approving
- Approve — finalize individual channel versions
What Gets Adapted
Section titled “What Gets Adapted”Each adaptation includes channel-appropriate content:
- Headline — optimized for the channel’s format
- Body — rewritten to match channel expectations (length, tone, style)
- CTA — call-to-action tailored to the channel
- Hashtags — for social channels (respecting hashtag limits)
- Subject line — for email channels
- Character count — tracked against channel constraints
Channel Constraints
Section titled “Channel Constraints”Each channel configuration defines constraints that the AI respects during adaptation:
- Max characters — hard limit for platforms like Twitter/X
- Max words — word count ceiling
- Image required — whether the adaptation needs an image
- Required elements — mandatory components (e.g., disclaimer, CTA)
- Hashtag limit — maximum number of hashtags
Tone Overrides
Section titled “Tone Overrides”While your core brand voice comes from Brand DNA Vault, each channel can define tone overrides:
- Formality — formal, neutral, or casual per channel
- CTA style — custom call-to-action phrasing for the channel
For example, your LinkedIn content might use a formal tone while your Instagram content is casual — but both maintain your brand personality.
Adaptation Status
Section titled “Adaptation Status”Each adaptation has its own status:
- Pending — queued for generation
- Generating — AI is creating the adaptation
- Ready — generated and available for review
- Approved — reviewed and finalized
