Integrations

CXOps Cloud integrates with external platforms for content publishing, analytics, and data enrichment.

Publish content directly from Cortex to your WordPress site.

  1. Navigate to Cortex > Connectors (or Settings > Integrations)
  2. Click Add WordPress Connector
  3. Enter your WordPress site URL
  4. Enter your WordPress API key (Application Password)
  5. Set the default publish status: Publish, Draft, or Pending Review
  6. Save

From an approved Cortex draft:

  1. Click Publish
  2. Select your WordPress connector
  3. Choose to create a new post or update an existing one
  4. Select a category
  5. Click Publish

All publish attempts are logged — you can see the history of what was published, when, and whether it succeeded.

You can create multiple WordPress connectors for different sites. Each connector stores:

  • Site URL
  • API credentials
  • Default publish status

Edit or remove connectors from the Connectors page.

Connect GA4 to automate performance tracking in Pulse.

  1. Navigate to Pulse > Configuration
  2. Click Connect Google Analytics
  3. Authorize via Google OAuth
  4. Select your GA4 property
  5. Configure the lookback window (default: 30 days)

Pulse pulls page views, clicks, engagement rates, and conversion events from GA4 on your configured schedule. See Connecting Analytics for details.

GA4 integration is available when enabled in the deployment.

The integration surface is actively being expanded as part of the exploration.
